Your documents can be archived exactly as they appear on paper in Portable Document Format (PDF) - a very versatile file format that allows user to quickly search for text within documents.

The use of document information fields can assist in quick and easy retrieval.  Documents of formats, including scanned paper, word processing files, spreadsheets, photos, drawings and more, can be combined into a single PDF file. Columbia Print can also create bookmarks and hypertext links within the scanned files, allowing users to easily navigate through your document.
